Award-winning Kosovar-Dutch film artist, member of the European Film Academy and the Adriatic Film Academy, is coming to CIM Forum 2026.
With a career spanning over three decades, Edon is one of the most significant voices in contemporary Balkan and European cinema. His debut feature film T’padashtun (The Unwanted) had its world premiere in the official competition of the 52nd Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and was selected as Kosovo’s official submission for the Oscars in 2018.
From his early theatre days in Austria, through training at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York, to international productions such as Atlanta, The Diplomat and Black Lotus, Edon brings depth, authenticity, and remarkable artistic strength to every project.
Recipient of numerous awards, including the recent Best International Actor Award in 2025 for his role in the film Obraz.
