Bojana Vešović built her academic and professional path both abroad and in Montenegro, at the intersection of media, marketing, communications, and people development.
From television to telecommunications, with 27 years of experience, she is now the Executive Director for Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications at Prva banka Crne Gore — where one truth is proven every day: strategies matter, but people make the difference.
From her experience and beliefs came the formula HR + PR = VR, where the “R factor” is the space of culture, responsibility, trust, and the courage to be authentic. It is her original concept — grounded in structure and planning, yet powered by relationships, trust, and working with people.
She believes great organizations are not built by processes alone, but by an atmosphere where people genuinely want to grow.
