Nadina Gradaščević is a business consultant, international consultant for leadership development, executive coach, and general director with more than 20 years of international experience.
Her extensive professional background and competencies as a general director, business consultant, and manager in the fields of investment banking, institutional sales, business consulting, development and education, as well as management and ecosystem building in the non-governmental sector, have given her a broad and comprehensive perspective in leading teams and organizations, along with a deep understanding of various industries and the complexities of leadership.
She is a certified trainer, coach, and speaker of John C. Maxwell, a certified business trainer, founder of the “Women in Leadership” network, and co-founder of “Business Women of Bosnia and Herzegovina” in Vienna.
Nadina is also a lecturer in the subject Change Management at the University of Applied Sciences Campus 02 in Austria, and teaches Business and Leadership Coaching as well as Work Psychology and Health Management at DOBA Faculty in Slovenia.
She serves as Director of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Association of Business Leaders of the Western Balkans.
She gained her knowledge and expertise in Europe and the USA, collaborating with companies and clients from more than 30 countries. In her diverse roles, she prioritizes conscious leadership and transformation as key drivers of growth.
