Nataša Šćepanović has over 20 years of extensive experience in marketing and communications, ranging from work in media, creative and production agencies to corporate environments. Throughout her career she has developed expertise in integrated marketing, strategic planning, brand management, event organization, and digital communications.
For more than a decade she has held the position of Head of the Marketing Department at Erste Bank AD Podgorica, with key responsibilities for creating marketing strategy, brand development, and managing the bank’s integrated campaigns.
She regularly participates in regional and international conferences on marketing, communications, and design, where she continuously follows new trends and exchanges experiences with industry colleagues, and shares her knowledge through guest lectures and mentoring.
