Nemanja Đurašković is the Director of Marketing, Communications, and CRM at Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka, a member of the OTP Group.
He began his career as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, in the field of accounting and auditing. After two years in the academic environment, he continued his career in the banking sector, where he now has more than ten years of professional experience.
Throughout his career, he has worked on the development of numerous marketing and communication initiatives, including campaigns implemented in collaboration with globally recognized brands, as well as projects involving digital transformation, the development of CRM systems, improvement of customer experience, and building a strong employer brand in the banking sector.
In his work, he connects marketing, technology, and customer experience, believing that data, AI, and creativity are the key drivers of modern brands. He believes that the future of marketing belongs to organizations that successfully combine technology, data, and bold creativity, because it is precisely at that intersection that brands that truly remain relevant are created.
