Richard Hale is a creative consultant and AI strategist whose career traces a clear line from craft to culture to transformation. Over nearly three decades, he has moved from designer to creative director, from agency to global brand, and from transformation leader to AI evangelist. Professional Experience Richard spent the first fifteen years of his career as a brand storyteller, building ideas for some of the world’s most respected agencies and the brands they served. In 2013 he joined Google, where he helped global teams rethink how creative problems are solved at speed. He later became Transformation Director at Bacardi, building new working models for worldwide marketing teams through programmes including Bacardi X and Social Studios.
Current Position Today, Richard works independently, guiding agencies, brands and universities through practical AI adoption. His work explores how human expertise and machine capability can work together, collapsing the distance between imagination and execution.
