Zvezdana Oluić has extensive professional experience in management, strategic communications, public relations, marketing, corporate social responsibility, and entrepreneurship development.
As the Executive Director of IM Consulting, co-founder of the Association of Business Women of Montenegro, and National Chair for Montenegro in the global network of women leaders G100, she connects the business sector, institutions, and international platforms with the aim of sustainable economic development and economic empowerment of women.
She is recognized for her strong contribution to the development of women’s entrepreneurship, increasing women’s participation in business and management, and promoting models that encourage gender inclusion.
She is the President of the Technical Committee for Social Responsibility at the Institute for Standardization of Montenegro, a member of the National Coalition WE Finance Code in Montenegro, and a member of the Working Group for Women’s Economic Empowerment within the Council for Competitiveness.
She has participated as a panelist at numerous conferences in the region, Europe, and Asia, and has been engaged at the expert level in a number of EU projects and initiatives of international organizations, including OSCE, ILO, GIZ, UNDP, EPRD, DAI, and IBF.
She is the recipient of international awards: the PRO.PR Award (2018) for her contribution to the development of the public relations profession and the “Creators for Centuries” (2026) award for her contribution to the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Central and Southeast Europe.
