Kotor to Host CC4WBs Networking Event as Part of CIM Forum 2026

As part of the jubilee 5th edition of the regional festival CIM Forum 2026, which brings together prominent professionals from the fields of creative industries, culture, and media, the CC4WBs Networking Event will take place in Kotor from May 28 to 30, 2026.

The event will gather professionals from the cultural, media, and creative sectors from the Western Balkans and across Europe, with the aim of exchanging results, best practices, and establishing new professional and institutional collaborations.

The networking event represents a platform for connecting stakeholders from the cultural and creative sectors, while also providing space for discussions on new initiatives that contribute to the development of creative industries in the region.

During the meeting, participants will present project experiences and results, as well as opportunities for future joint initiatives, with a focus on strengthening regional cooperation, mobility of artists and professionals, and the development of sustainable cultural and creative ecosystems in the Western Balkans.

The CC4WBs Networking Event is supported by UNESCO through the project “Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans” (CC4WBs), funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by UNESCO, the British Council, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). The project aims to strengthen the capacities of cultural and creative sectors in the region through collaboration, mobility of artists and professionals, development of cultural policies, and the encouragement of regional exchange of creative content.

Over the course of four days, CIM Forum will take place at several locations in Kotor’s Old Town, serving as a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and networking among artists, creatives, media professionals, institutions, and representatives of the cultural sector from the region and Europe.

This jubilee edition of the festival once again confirms Kotor’s role as a meeting place for creative ideas, international cooperation, and the development of cultural and creative industries in the region.

Because people come to CIM with their hearts — and leave with a smile.

See you in Kotor at CIM from May 28 to 31, 2026.
