The jubilee, fifth edition of the CIM Forum is upon us, which will be held from May 28 to 31 in Kotor. This year’s theme, “The Alchemy of Creation”, is not just the name of the program – it is an invitation to turn ideas into reality and energy into lasting value together.

This year, Kotor is also preparing to become the center of creative industries and media in the region. For the forum to function flawlessly, we need a team of people who bring energy, curiosity and commitment – ​​people who want to be part of something bigger than the event itself.

That’s why this is no ordinary call for volunteers. This is an invitation.

Volunteering at the CIM Forum is not just about supporting the event – it’s an opportunity for personal and professional development: You will meet prominent leaders, speakers and creatives from the world of business, art and media You will gain valuable experience “behind the scenes” of organizing a big event You will work at unique locations in Kotor, in an inspiring and dynamic environment You will become part of a team that shares the values ​​of cooperation, creativity and mutual respect. We believe that the strength of an event lies not only in what is seen on stage, but in the people who dedicatedly build it in the background.

Who are we looking for?

Above all, we are looking for good people – responsible, communicative and ready to learn.

We especially appreciate those who:

They maintain integrity and discretion in working with guests and speakers
They have the ability to solve problems calmly, professionally and with a smile
They recognize and respect the spirit of Kotor, which we want to preserve through every interaction.
Regardless of whether you are interested in logistics, working with the media, design, photography, hospitality or social networks – there is a place for you in our team.

Additional info

The number of places is limited, because we want to provide each volunteer with a quality experience and full attention.

As part of the CIM team, you get provided accommodation and food, a certificate of participation, access to the program, direct contact with international guests and lecturers, as well as the opportunity for the most dedicated among you to continue their journey through CIM and after the festival.
