Bojan Šaptović is a Creative Director at Pioniri Communications. More of a creator than a conductor, and above all — an iterator.
He has worked with numerous companies across the region, from Slovenia to North Macedonia, without making much distinction between FMCG and his own ambitions. As part of creative teams, he has been accused of giving energy to energy drinks, using a Metalac coffee pot for left-handed people, reading briefs in Chinese, and many other things that sound made up — but aren’t.
When everyone thinks he has no time, he proves that he does. He also has an inner voice that sometimes loudly says: “Where are all of you now who used to force me to get up from the keyboard and go outside, huh?” And when he does go out, he usually ends up receiving an award with the team or, roughly once every 5 years, gives a speech at a conference. In the future, he will probably be lucky enough to work with a few more brands he loves. He just hasn’t gotten around to telling them yet.
