Nemanja Boljević is a Montenegrin communications, public relations, and public affairs specialist with over 12 years of experience.
He is currently Communications and Public Affairs Manager at the Montenegrin Foreign Investors’ Council (MFIC) since March 2024, leading strategic communications, media relations, and foreign investment promotion.
Previously he spent more than three years at CKB Bank (Expert for Communication and CSR 2023–2024, and Public Relations Officer 2021–2023). In 2020–2021 he was a PR Officer at the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro and a member of the government expert team for crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic (co-author of the Communication Strategy: COVID-19 Phase II).
He has extensive agency experience at Interactive Studio Fleka (Project Manager, Product Owner, and Content Editor 2014–2020). Since 2018 he has taught online communications at CEPI PR.
Education: Specialist degree in Political Science (Faculty of Political Sciences, Podgorica, 2006–2011). He is Vice President of the PR and Marketing Committee of the Montenegrin Association of Managers and recipient of the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Award 2025.
